JWEI SG1311 is a compact and high-precision digital cutting plotter designed for packaging, carton, POS material and label prototyping as well as short-run production.

The machine provides an effective cutting area of 1300 × 1100 mm and a maximum operating speed of up to 2000 mm/s. Digital cutting technology eliminates the need for traditional physical dies, enabling a fast transition from a digital design to a finished prototype.

Multi-functional Tool Head

The SG1311 features a multi-functional tool head with a quick tool-fixing system. One tool head can support multiple processes, including:

• cutting,
• creasing,
• plotting,
• routing,
• V-CUT grooving.

The optional Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) enables automatic tool changes without manual replacement or adjustment.

High Speed and Precision

The maximum operating speed is 2000 mm/s, while repeat precision reaches less than 0.05 mm.

Precise tool-head movement is provided by an advanced drive system including a bus controller, servo system, linear guide rails and lead screws.

Camera Positioning System

The SG1311 can be equipped with a camera positioning system for fast and accurate alignment of cutting paths with printed materials.

The integrated QR-code job classification system supports automatic job recognition and the processing of different designs and small production batches.

Stable Material Fixation

The working table uses a vacuum material fixation system. The aerospace-grade aluminium honeycomb tabletop provides high rigidity, flatness and resistance to deformation.

Optional zoned vacuum suction allows the suction force to be concentrated in the required working area.

The electric oscillating tool uses a high-frequency motor and reaches speeds of up to 18,000 RPM. It enables precise cutting of materials such as corrugated cardboard, honeycomb board, KT board and foam materials.

Creasing and V-CUT

The machine supports different creasing wheels for precise creasing of corrugated cardboard and cardstock.

Available V-CUT tools allow grooves to be produced at different angles in materials such as greyboard, honeycomb board and KT board.

Foam Cutting

The optional electric foam cutting tool features a 2 mm vibration stroke and can process foam materials up to 50 mm thick, including EPP, pearl cotton, EVA foam and sponge.

The safety system uses an internal infrared light grid, helping to protect the operator during machine operation.
