JWEI SG1625 is a fully automatic system for loading, cutting and unloading sheet materials, designed for fast and precise production of advertising products, signage, displays and decorative components.

The system integrates automatic material feeding, positioning, cutting and finished-piece stacking, reducing manual intervention and improving overall production efficiency.

Automated Workflow

The SG1625 can work with the AI Cutting Assistant, allowing the production process to be initiated with a simple voice command. The system automatically performs the successive stages of operation — from material feeding and positioning to cutting and finished-piece collection.

The integrated rear-scan automatic feeding system also enables precise positioning and one-step cutting of pre-printed materials such as KT board and PVC foam board.

Automatic Tool Changing

The machine features a multifunctional tool head with support for an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC). This allows the system to switch quickly between different processes without manual tool replacement.

The SG1625 can perform operations including cutting, creasing, drawing, routing and V-CUT grooving.

High Productivity and Precision

The maximum operating speed is 2000 mm/s, while the effective cutting area is 1600 × 2500 mm. The system uses an advanced bus controller, servo drive system and linear guide rails to provide smooth and precise tool-head movement.

The camera positioning system enables fast and accurate alignment when processing printed materials. Integration with a QR-code-based job classification system also supports automatic job identification and the production of different small batches.

Depending on the configuration, the SG1625 can use an electric oscillating tool, drag knife, rotary tool, router module, plotting tools, V-CUT tools and creasing tools.

The optional 1.8 kW router is designed for processing high-density and high-hardness materials such as acrylic, MDF, Cheval board and aluminium-plastic board up to 20 mm thick.
