JWEI SG1625 Advertising

The JWEI SG1625 Advertising is a high-precision digital cutter designed for advertising production, signage, POS displays and customized display structures.

The machine provides an effective working area of 1600 × 2500 mm and reaches cutting speeds of up to 2000 mm/s. Its digital cutting system enables precise material processing without the need for traditional physical dies.

The SG1625 combines cutting, milling, chamfering, creasing and grooving in one system, providing flexibility for both individual projects and short-run production.

High Speed and Precision

The SG1625 uses JWEI's self-developed M7 EtherCAT control system, reducing the motion control cycle to just 0.0001 seconds and enabling cutting speeds of up to 2 m/s.

The system is designed for stable and precise processing of advertising materials.

A high-precision gear reducer also enables accurate small-circle cutting down to approximately 1 mm diameter.

Multi-process Machining

The three-head configuration can integrate a 1.8 kW milling spindle together with interchangeable tools.

The machine supports multiple processes, including:

• kiss-cutting.

Automatic Tool Change

Electric Oscillating Tool

The electric oscillating tool uses a high-frequency Maxon motor reaching up to 18,000 RPM and specially designed tungsten-steel hardened blades.

It is designed for fast and precise cutting of thicker materials such as corrugated board, honeycomb board, KT board and PVC foam board.

Universal Cutting Tool

The universal cutting tool can process materials up to 5 mm thick.

Compared with the oscillating tool, it provides faster cutting for suitable materials.

Kiss-cut and Camera Positioning

The dedicated kiss-cut tool is designed for cutting self-adhesive vinyl and printed advertising films.

The camera positioning system enables accurate alignment between the cutting path and printed materials, including complex contour shapes.

The integrated QR-code-based job classification system supports automatic job recognition and small-batch production.

Tabletop and Material Fixation

The working table is made from an aerospace-grade aluminum honeycomb panel combined with a felt surface.

The construction provides high rigidity, flatness and resistance to deformation under heavy loads.

The internal honeycomb structure allows smooth airflow, while optional zoned vacuum suction provides strong and stable material fixation.

Stability and Precision

The machine uses a self-developed anti-vibration optimization algorithm, a modular integrated machine body and a precision-ground transmission system.

The manufacturer states that the suction power is increased by more than three times compared with the previous solution, supporting stable material fixation during cutting.

Safety

The SG1625 features a collision protection system and an internal infrared light grid.

The system responds to the presence of the operator and helps ensure safe machine operation.
