JWEI SG1625 Packaging

The JWEI SG1625 Packaging is a high-precision digital cutting plotter designed for cutting and creasing materials used in packaging, carton and box production, advertising materials and prototypes.

The machine provides an effective cutting area of up to 1600 × 2500 mm and reaches speeds of up to 2000 mm/s. Its multifunctional tool system enables cutting, creasing, drawing, routing and other operations without the need for traditional physical dies.

Automatic Tool Changer

The JWEI SG1625 Packaging can be equipped with an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), enabling fast switching between different tools and blades.

This allows cutting, creasing and grooving operations to be completed within a single workflow while reducing manual operator intervention.

Multi-functional Tool Head

The multifunctional tool head allows quick tool installation and replacement. It supports a wide range of operations, including:

  • oscillating cutting,
  • drag knife cutting,
  • rotary tools,
  • routing,
  • plotting,
  • creasing,
  • V-CUT.

The machine is available with 2 or 3 tool heads, depending on the machine configuration.

High Speed and Precision

The SG1625 reaches a maximum speed of 2000 mm/s with repeat precision of less than 0.05 mm.

Its EtherCAT-based control system and precision drive system are designed for fast and stable operation in prototyping and short-run production.

Fully Automatic Tool Setting

The automatic tool calibration system automatically adjusts cutting and creasing depth.

This improves process repeatability and helps reduce the risk of damaging the working table.

Packaging Cutting and Creasing

The SG1625 Packaging is designed to process a wide range of materials used in packaging and graphic production.

Creasing and V-CUT Tools

The machine can be equipped with different creasing and grooving tools.

Available options include V-CUT tools for greyboard, cardboard, honeycomb board and KT board, as well as tools for grooving at different angles.

Different-width creasing wheels are also available.

Foam Cutting

The optional electric foam cutting tool features a 2 mm vibration stroke and can process foam materials up to 50 mm thick, including EPP, EVA foam, pearl cotton and sponge.

Stable Material Fixation

The material is fixed using vacuum absorption.

The tabletop is made from an aerospace-grade aluminum honeycomb panel combined with a felt surface, providing high rigidity, flatness and resistance to deformation.

Zoned vacuum suction is also available.

Camera Positioning System

The camera positioning system enables fast and accurate cutting alignment for printed materials.

An integrated QR-code-based job classification system supports automatic job recognition and small-batch production.

Safety and Ergonomics

The machine features a safety system with an internal infrared light grid.

The independent control platform includes an emergency stop button and touchscreen HMI for quick and convenient cutting parameter setup.
