This monumental industrial printing system is engineered for uncompromising production of roll media in extra-wide formats up to 5 meters, eliminating the need to join or weld panels. The printer removes technological limitations in the production of giant mesh banners, large-format billboards, building façade banners, and tension fabric lightbox systems.

At the heart of the machine is the legendary 4×2 Japanese Kyocera printhead array, with optional compatibility for Ricoh and Konica Minolta printhead systems. Utilizing advanced Piezoelectric Drop System technology with Gray Scale printing, the printer produces photorealistic images at resolutions of up to 726 × 2400 dpi, combining exceptional precision with an impressive productivity of up to 145 m²/h.

Engineered for Demanding Industrial Environments

5,500 kg Monolithic Construction: An ultra-heavy welded industrial frame completely absorbs the inertia generated by the high-speed carriage, ensuring maximum stability and precise dot placement throughout production.

4-Zone Vacuum Table: Independently controlled vacuum sections allow efficient printing across the full 5-meter width as well as on narrower media without vacuum loss or the need to mask unused table areas.

Integrated High-Power UV LED Curing System: High-performance, actively cooled UV LED modules instantly cure the ink, providing outstanding mechanical durability, chemical resistance, and long-term flexibility of the printed layer.

High-Capacity Mass Ink Supply System: Large 2.5-liter ink tanks for each color are equipped with intelligent sensors and low-ink audible alarms, ensuring continuous, uninterrupted ink supply during extended production runs.
