To support such exceptional production speeds, the printer features an advanced water-cooled UV LED curing system (chiller). This technology ensures precise temperature control of the UV LED modules, extends their service life, protects heat-sensitive media from overheating, and significantly improves the energy efficiency of the entire system.

Innovative Solutions for Heavy-Duty Industrial Production:

4 Independent Vacuum Zones: The intelligent vacuum table is divided into four independently controlled sections, allowing suction power to be adjusted instantly according to the width of the media for maximum efficiency and stability.

Advanced Saturation Control System: Integrated firmware working with ICC color profiles provides precise saturation management and curve correction, enabling accurate reproduction of spot colors, including Pantone® colors.

Continuous Ink Supply Monitoring: Large 2.5-liter ink tanks are equipped with electronic level sensors and both visual and audible low-ink alarms, preventing air from entering the ink system during high-speed production.

Heavy-Duty Industrial Frame: With a machine weight of 1,500 kg, the rigid construction virtually eliminates vibration and resonance, ensuring exceptionally sharp image quality even in Draft Mode.
